Reserve property
Until the complete payment of the price in the main thing, expenses, accessories and inclusive of tax, the www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com site preserves the whole property of the Commandés products.
However, from the date on which the ordered products will have left the buildings of Clémenceau Pharmacy, the risks of the delivered products are transferred to the Purchaser.
Right of Retractation
In accordance with the Article L 121-16 of the Code of Consumption, the Purchaser has a time of retractation seven days (7 days) frank as from the delivery of the product (i.e. the reception of the parcel) to return it, for exchange or refunding, without penalty except for the carriage costs.

The Purchaser will have to return the product in a new state, in his packing of origin, also in perfect state. He will have to be accompanied by all his accessories, (notes etc….)
The articles damaged or dirtied by the Purchaser will not be shown. www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com reserves the right to refuse them dice delivery by the Conveyor. When www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com takes delivery of articles returned in this state, www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com guard in its buildings during one one month period (1 month), with provision of the Purchaser who is held to pay them.
Except in the event of error of www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com, within the framework of the exercise of the Right of retractation, the expenses of reforwarding remain with the load of the Purchaser. The sendings in “port paid by the Recipient” or “against refunding” will be refused.
In the event of return of the product, www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com is committed refunding the Purchaser without delay and at the latest in the 30 following days the payment by the Purchaser, the sums paid by him. (Article L 121-20-3 of the Code of Consumption)
To replace above mentioned refunding, the Purchaser can also profit from an Purchase order, valid two months (2 months), nonrescindable and nonrefundable constantly on request of the Purchaser.
Responsibilities
In the event of inexecution of the Contract resulting from an event of major force, disturbance or gene total or partial in particular of the postal services and means of transport and/or communications, of flood, natural disasters, of fire etc…, Clémenceau Pharmacy could not be held for person in charge.
In the event of delivery abroad and if the product does not respect the Legislation in force in the country of delivery, www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com could not be held for person in charge. In the event of order to satisfy professional needs, www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com could not be held for person in charge of the consequential damages of some nature that they are and in particular those resulting from the trading losses, losses of profits etc…
www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com declines any responsibility with regard to the sites to which the bonds hypertexts can return starting from its site.
Intellectual property
In the whole world, www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com preserves all the rights resulting from the Intellectual property and in particular any royalties on the unit of the texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the www.pharmacie-clemenceau.com site.

Applicable duty and Court of jurisdiction
This contract is subjected to the French Law.
In the event of litigation, the parts preferably begin with research with any contentious action a friendly solution. Any time, in the event of failure, they makes attribution of exclusive competence of the Bankruptcy court of Antibes (06).
Private of effect or null clauses
If a Law or any Decision and in particular a final contradictory Court order had deprived of effect or had suddenly cancelled a stipulation of these General terms, the Purchaser recognizes that the other stipulations continue to apply like preserving all their force and their range.
